Dharma Shiksha Parishad was established to preserve traditional dharmic knowledge, educate Hindus about their spiritual and cultural heritage, address misinformation and distortions relating to Sanatana Dharma, and nurture future generations of dharmic volunteers and leaders.

Shri Rtu Satya Krodha Vigraha Chidakasha Bhairavanatha is the Pithadipati of Kanchana Pitham, located in Trichy, Tamil Nadu. His spiritual journey began on 5th November 2004, when he dedicated himself to the pursuit of ancient knowledge, guided by the divine blessings of his Shri Guru.

He is a Kalika / Mahakala Upasaka, and his life is devoted to the study, preservation, and dissemination of Mantra, Tantra, and Yantra. Under the guidance of Shri Shivasambhavanandanatha Maharaj, he had the privilege of learning the profound traditions of Shri Vidya, Shaiva Vidya, various forms of Bhairava Vidyas, Siddha Vidya, Rasa Vidya, and a multitude of Tantrika Vidyas and Prayogas.

The path to induction

Recruitment happens only through the official application process — a deliberate six-stage journey ensuring every volunteer understands the mission, values, and responsibilities before joining.

    Submit the official volunteer application form.

  2. Volunteer Manual

    Receive the Volunteer Manual prepared by the organization.

  3. Study Period

    Study the manual and provided material at your own pace.

  4. Online Assessment

    Score a minimum of 80% in an online examination on the manual.

  5. Evaluation

    Assessment results are reviewed by the organization.

  6. Induction

    Successful applicants are formally inducted as volunteers.

Is Dharma Shiksha Parishad a political organization?

No. Dharma Shiksha Parishad is strictly non-political. The code of conduct explicitly prohibits political campaigning through the organization, and the organizational identity may not be used for political agendas, business promotion, personal branding, or fundraising.

Do volunteers have fixed working hours?

No. The organization operates on a flexible volunteer model with no fixed daily schedules or mandatory working hours. Tasks are issued through official work orders and may be completed on the volunteer's own schedule within seven working days, with extensions considered case by case.

How is advancement and leadership decided?

Advancement is based solely on merit — commitment, contribution, discipline, integrity, performance, and leadership qualities. Every volunteer has equal opportunity to progress toward District, State, and National Coordinator roles and beyond, regardless of caste, creed, gender, community, social status, or economic background.
